How do the loyalty benefits work?
What loyalty tiers are there?
There are bronze, silver, and gold levels. The levels build upon one another and include different benefits.
How do I reach a higher loyalty tier?
Your respective loyalty tier is determined by your sales at Fischer Wolle over the last 12 months. Starting from 0 euros in sales, the Bronze loyalty tier applies, from 100 euros in sales the Silver loyalty tier, and from 250 euros in sales within 12 months the Gold loyalty tier.
What are the benefits of my loyalty tier?
The benefits depend on the respective loyalty tier.
Bronze:
- Free shipping on orders of €49 or more
- Earn bonus points with every order
- 3% discount on our private label
Silver:
- Free shipping on orders of €49 or more
- Earn 3x bonus points with every order
- 5% discount on our private label
Gold:
- Free shipping on all orders
- Earn 5x bonus points with every order
- 10% discount on our private label

You can see your loyalty level in your user account under the Loyalty Benefits section.
Will my loyalty tier be transferred from the old shop?
The Fischer Wolle loyalty benefits are brand new. Unlike bonus points, they are therefore only calculated based on purchases made since the move to the new online shop.

What are bonus points?
Bonus points are points that you can collect with every order, but also through various shop activities such as product reviews.
In principle, every euro spent corresponds to one bonus point. Depending on your loyalty level, however, you can also collect significantly more!
What benefits do the bonus points offer me?
You can easily redeem the bonus points you have collected when placing your order.
Once you have collected enough bonus points, you can redeem them in the shopping cart under payment method.
Each bonus point is worth one cent - 500 bonus points therefore correspond to a discount of 5 euros!
Where can I see how many bonus points I have collected?
In your user account, under the Loyalty Benefits section, you can view your loyalty status and your accumulated reward points.
Do I incur any obligations by using the bonus points?
No. Our bonus point program is not tied to any obligations or conditions. Should you not wish to participate in our bonus point program, you are naturally under no obligation to redeem the bonus points, so nothing changes for you.
