A. Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 180 days without stating any reasons. For ready-made articles, the withdrawal period is 30 days by way of derogation.

The withdrawal period is 180 days or, for ready-made articles, 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us.

For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We shall bear the cost of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, the goods have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

General information

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2. Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
